Quality
Quality
We measure every component in a climate-controlled environment, both in our workshop and in the inspection room.
Complex and precision-turned components place particularly high demands on both staff and measurement equipment.
Workstations are fitted with specialised measuring equipment depending on the task, with all measurements logged. Careful monitoring throughout the grinding process guarantees the quality of the final products.
Upon customer request, statistical evaluations and measurement logs can be generated, archived and fully traced.
Contact and optical measuring instruments
To measure all processes efficiently and with high precision, we use:
- IMTS contour measuring system, a 2D coordinate measuring system for internal and external contours
- Measuring microscope for internal contours, radii and angles
- Runout measuring device for runout, roundness, and concentricity
- Roughness measuring device for all surface finish parameters
- Various other measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and templates
